Data Deletion Request
You have the right to request deletion of your personal data and all advertising data synced to your Finsyght account. This page explains how.
Deletion Options
Option 1 — Disconnect a Single Platform
Remove a specific integration (e.g., Google Ads) without deleting your entire account. This stops data syncing and deletes the stored OAuth tokens for that platform within 48 hours.
How: Go to Settings → Data Sources, find the platform, and click "Disconnect."
Option 2 — Delete Your Entire Account
Permanently delete your Finsyght account and all data associated with it, including all connected platform data, OAuth tokens, profile information, and generated reports.
How: Go to Settings → Security → Delete Account, or use the request form below.
Option 3 — Facebook/Meta Data Deletion (required by Meta)
If you connected your Facebook or Instagram account and want to request deletion of that data in compliance with Meta's Data Deletion Callback requirements, you can submit a request here. We will delete all Facebook/Instagram data associated with your account within 30 days.
How: Use the email request form below and specify "Facebook data deletion."
Deletion Timeline
Immediately
Active data syncing stops. No new data is pulled from connected platforms.
Within 48 hours
OAuth tokens (Google and Meta) are deleted from our encrypted database.
Within 30 days
All synced ad metrics, account information, reports, and configurations are permanently deleted.
Confirmation
You will receive an email confirmation once deletion is complete.
Note: billing records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by applicable tax and accounting laws, even after account deletion. See our Privacy Policy — Data Retention section.

If you cannot access your account settings, or if you want to request deletion of specific data, email us at:
privacy@finsyght.appInclude your account email address and the type of deletion you are requesting. We respond within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.
Your Rights
The right to data deletion is granted by GDPR (Article 17 — Right to Erasure), CCPA, and Meta's Platform Terms. Finsyght honors all deletion requests regardless of your location. For questions about your data rights, see our Privacy Policy or contact privacy@finsyght.app.
